How do I install flowClust for Windows? I need it to load openCyto but I keep getting an error when entering the command that says there is no package called flowClust

From the 'platforms: some' badge and package archives it links to, the package is not available on Windows. So the only solution is to use a different operating system. Or to convince the maintainer to support Windows.
