Hello,
I am trying to gate for monocytes in my plot of cells (FSC-H x SSC-H) using flowClust. The center generally lies around (8e5,5e5). This gets applied to a few samples very accurately, but in others it is very off. Here is my gating template. In essence, how do I improve the accuracy of flowClust?

Can you provide the plots (from plotGate) to see why/how it failed?
