Just a quick question--is there a place to look for what BioC packages install on what platforms (Windows, MacOS, linuxes, etc.)? I have missed it if there is. Thanks, Sean

Well, I'm sure I've understood your question but for OS X, you can have a look here for BioC stuff http://www.bioconductor.org/bin/macosx/2.1/check/checkSummaryOSX.html and here for the CRAN stuff http://cran.r-project.org/bin/macosx/2.1/check/checkSummaryOSX.html I'm currently writing a short paper on "How to install and use BioC on OS X" as there are still lots of issues on this platform to be explained once and (hopefully) for all. stefano On 25/lug/05, at 16:51, Seth Falcon wrote: > Hi Sean, > > On 24 Jul 2005, sdavis2 at mail.nih.gov wrote: > > >> Just a quick question--is there a place to look for what BioC >> packages install on what platforms (Windows, MacOS, linuxes, etc.)? >> I have missed it if there is. >> > > No, I don't think this exists, but it is now on the TODO list ;-) > > + seth > > _______________________________________________ > Bioconductor mailing list > Bioconductor at stat.math.ethz.ch > https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioconductor >
