What kind of argument must be entered so I can choose the x and y limit when calling the plotGate() command?
plotGate is lattice-based plotting method. I'd recommend you to use ggcyto package which is ggplot based visualization tools and has more intuitive interface and richer features as well as more abundant online help resource.
