Error when gating from gating template

When I try to gate from my gating template, I am hit with the following error. Why is this? My GatingSet only consists of 10 experiments

Error in (function (fs, pp_res, gFunc, popAlias, channels, gFunc_args)  : failed at B2_2a.fcs
Error in matrix(ecol, length(include)) : data is too long
