Hello,

I'm new to TopGO, and I'm interested in making a figure like these based on my results. Is there an easy way to return the number of genes associated with a GO term, or otherwise get the data needed to make a similar graph? I've been using the "fisher" method, and thought there might be a quick solution similar to the table produced by

> allRes <- GenTable(myGOdata, classicFisher = resultFisher, orderBy = "resultFisher", ranksOf = "classicFisher", topNodes = 10)

Many thanks!
