I filled in google form and submitted my svn id and github id to Bioconductor for transitioning svn to git. I got the email that said they got my form. However, I still can't access after 3 days. I'm not sure to whom I need to contact to know my account is authorized or not. Anyone has any suggestion?

Thanks.

When you filled out your form, you entered incorrectly formatted information, and your credentials were not processed. In the field asking for your svn user name, enter only your svn user name, with no additional text. In the field asking for your github id or ssh public key, enter one or the other with no additional information. Since your GitHub user id is associated with an ssh public key, use that.

Follow Prof. Smyth's advice and ask questions about package development on the bioc-devel mailing list.
