I have GWAS summary statistics in build 37 and want to convert them to build 38. I suppose I should use the liftOver function but how exactly do I convert statistics to granges (if this is what I need to do)? I do not want to convert ranges but rather specific SNPs and I am not sure what the correct step by step approach is in this case.
