Hi, When I read the .idat file, I have a question in creating a sample sheet. What is mean by "sample_well" and "pool_ID" and how do i get it?

I think they are some technical parameter when using Illumina machine. They have some "units" to put things together. But since I don't do web experiment, I don't know them too much in detail. You may check this:
