Dear Mr, Mrs

I have very big problem with installing bioconductor. Since last week I tried to download bioncuctor but it didn't work. I installed maybe 10 times a R version 3.4.2 and it does not work. When I uninstalled R I always deleted the libraries and everything with R but again I have many warnings. Please help me because on Tuesday I have a lecture with bioconductor.

Many thanks and best regards,

Hira

When I typed .libPaths() it gives me two libraries

[1] "C:/Users/Hira/Documents/R/win-library/3.4"
[2] "C:/Program Files/R/R-3.4.2/library"

Warning in install.packages :
  'lib = "C:/Program Files/R/R-3.4.2/library"' is not writable

and

The downloaded binary packages are in

C:\Users\Hira\AppData\Local\Temp\RtmpMhTkDp\downloaded_packages

installation path not writeable, unable to update packages: Matrix, mgcv

Install R and Bioconductor as a regular user, not an administrator. In your question, provide enough code to make a reproducible example that others can see what error you are encountering. A 'warning' is not an error.
