Apologies, this is indirectly an R/Bioconductor question as I am after probe annotations for data sets I am processing in R:
I require probe annotations for 13 genes missing from the available public probe annotation for the ABI Human Genome Survey V2 microarray platform at GEO and EBI -

Does anyone know if probe identifiers for most of these (excluding the pseudogenes) may be available in Oracle? Is there a version of Oracle for the ABI Human Genome Survey V2 microarray platform? Sorry I don't have access to the ABI software and I have never used it.
