Hello,

 I have started my seq analysis, but continuously i am facing this error. Can I know another function to retrieve the datasets?

You may try to install the development version from GitHub:

devtools::install_github("BioinformaticsFMRP/TCGAbiolinks")

But I am facing error in curl

Error in curl::curl_fetch_memory(url, handle = h) :
  Failed to connect to api.github.com port 443: Connection timed out

 

What could be the problem? , I guess this error is because of the proxy connections.
