I got the DMRs(deferentially methylated regions ) with their corresponding start and end point. How do I get their CpG sites?
You are being unnecessarily vague. You got DMRs how? Using what package? What kind of data?
If you want help, you have to take the time to ask a reasonably detailed question, otherwise people will mostly just ignore you.
