Dustin,

Please check out 'ggcyto' packageĀ https://github.com/RGLab/ggcyto, which was motivated by the very purpose of easy annotation and manipulation by adding ggplot layers.

Thank,

Mike

Subject: flowWorkspace question

Dear Dr. Jiang,

I understand you are a developer/maintainer of the flowWorkspace package on Bioconductor. I first want to say that it is an excellent toolkit that I've found very useful. Next, I have a question for you:

Would it be possible to easily annotate or add other data to the plots generated by the plotGate method? I tried storing the object returned by the method and manipulating it from there, but had no success. I thought about using the flowViz package to replot everything from scratch, but it seems to only operate on flowSet objects, not GatingSets.

Thank you in advance for your time and I hope you continue to make great contributions to the R community.

Regards,
Dustin
