Hi,

I recently updated DNAcopy without a problem, but was no longer able to find the function "DNAcopy". Specifically, when I invoke DNAcopy(), R returns "Error: could not find function "DNAcopy". But the ?DNAcopy did take me to the help page of DNAcopy. I also tested other functions in the package such as segment and CNA, and they were all working well. Tried detach and reinstall, but the problem remains the same. Suggestions?

I don't think there ever was a function called DNAcopy(). The vignette has CNA().

Thanks Martin. I guess I was being silly and misunderstood the reference manual.
