Hello everyone,

I have an R package to submit in Bioconductor by Github. But it always remind me that "The package repository name, '@CancerSubtypes', differs from the package name in the DESCRIPTION file, '@CancerSubtypes'.” I checked many times the two names are the same. I don't know why?

Thank you very much,

Taosheng

Please post questions about package development to the Bioc-devel mailing list.

This was a bug in the issue tracker related to Windows new lines. We think it is fixed; please submit a new issue. If there are problems, please email the bioc-devel mailing list.
