Hi,

I have a problem to pass a weighted matrix from igraph to graphNEL. The error is: Error: .validateGraph(g) is not TRUE

How can I solve my problem?

I can't recall which one but a conversion between two graph object formats wasn't possible. How to you obtain such error? Which version of Bioconductor and R do you use?

Can you please provide a self-contained code example, and your sessionInfo?
