I have 31 list of genes and i want to know the method or way for how to check that which gene is interacting with itself. e.g. SP1 gene is interactiong with itself or have a loop or activating. i need reference paper or tool or website link just to use for reference. Please guide me ASAP. if anybody is interested but dn't want to give  his/her tool, i can give him the list of 31 genes and he/she can do this task itself and just share the result
