Question: meta analysis of clc output(differential expression data )

hello every one

i have 9 study of rna seq data that analysed by clc genomic workbench...

i want to do a meta analysis of this data ...

my question is that : 

about 90% of my studis have a similar identifiers ( gene name or gen id , ... ) , but there is a multiple gene in stydy A that do not exist in othe ( like B) ... 

what can i do for this to solve the problem and do a successive meta analysis ???

Use the common gene within multi-group for meta-analyis.
