I have a question regarding consensus wgcna. I have three data of interest and want to build consensus network. The soft thresholding plot seemed to suggest different power (eg: if I choose to pick the smallest power that has fit R^2>0.8). For consensus wgcna analysis, is it appropriate to choose different power for individual data set?
