Hi everybody. I got this error when I tried to load the "org.Mm.eg.db" package:
Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘org.Mm.eg.db’:
.onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'org.Mm.eg.db', details:

error: $ operator is invalid for atomic vectors
How can I solve this? Thank you!
There are two other recently reported issues that address this issue as it appears to be an issue with RSQlite and Rstudio. Both of these threads have some options for work arounds:
same here. I want to update data on my website but the database not load. Please help me out. I read somewhere that it has to do with RSQLite and their update (2.2.6). However, I cannot install an older version of RSQLite (2.2.5) as it seems to not be supported by my RStudio any more. Any help appreciated. Team: wallmountedhub
