I wanted to know what is the expression data we get when we use getGEO as well as what is assay data and how can we use these in our analysis and what they represent? As well as how can I used Gene expression atlas with Bioconductor?

Hi Kritikaverma2707, I don't know about the GEOquery package, but if you want to use Gene Expression Atlas in Bioconductor the ExpressionAtlas package is available:
