We're advertising for a Bioinformatics Postdoc (Research Officer / Senior Research Officer) to work on the analysis of spatial omics, Olink (proteomics) and single-cell data at WEHI (Melbourne, Australia). This person will be working with me as part of the Advanced Genomics Facility to analyse data from a variety of cutting edge spatial omics technologies, including Visium, Xenium, STOmics, MERSCOPE and more, as well as developing new analysis workflows for Olink protein-profiling data. This is a great opportunity to analyse data from cutting edge technologies, collaborate with excellent biomedical scientists, and to work in a supportive team.

This position could lead to either fully research-driven or staff-scientist career pathways.
