Hi, I have been find predictive components for PLS-DA models and predictive component and orthogonal component for OPLS-DA models. I noticed for both the models, predictive component is calculated differently.

I am getting correct result for predictive component of PLS-DA Model:

Pred_Comp = TP' + E where T= XW, W is the weight and P is loading.

But calculating the predictive component with same formula for OPLS-DA is not giving the correct result. Can anyone suggest how to calculate the predictive component for OPLS-DA? Thank you in advance.
