I am looking for a metabolomics data analysis tutorial. Please help me with the tutorial link, website, or Bioconductor package. I have looked for tutorials everywhere but have not found any good ones. I have LC-MS data I want to analyze with the XCMS package.
You say that you want to use xcms, which has four vignettes that you could read to learn how to use the package. Have you read them? Plus there's more information from the Bioconductor Mass-spec group.
