Extract the gate in the data file (fcs file) from MoFlo Astrios

Hello,

Is it possible to know the gate (polygon) created in a strategy from MoFlo Astrios cytometer analysis, to extract the data we want ?

I suppose the coordinates of the gate from MoFlo Astrios analysis are with the data in the fcs file, but I don't succeed to have it.

So far we've developed and supported parsing gating strategy/hierarchy) from the xml workspaces generated by `flowJo`, `cytobank` and `diva` (`winlist` is currently under development). See https://github.com/RGLab/CytoML and https://github.com/RGLab/flowWorkspace

I am not sure how your software stores the gates. Can you send along the example fcs for me to take a look? I am not quite sure if FCS is designed for that.
