is that possible if I use an outliers function for a flowframe I mean for an fcs file. I tried for removing the outliers in the flow cytometry data and I'm unable to do that. can u plz give me a solution for removing the outliers from the fcs files.

If you know which function you want to apply, then you can apply to the expression matrix of the flowframe (by use of exprs()) or to a flowset. I guess you should take a look at fsApply().
