Hello:
We want to push the latest release of our package, TSRchitect (https://github.com/BrendelGroup/TSRchitect) to Bioconductor.
On Wednesday I followed the instructions and added my github username and public key here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdlTbNjsQJDp0BA480vo4tNufs0ziNyNmexegNZgNieIovbAA/viewform, but when I tried to sync my repository (following the instructions found here: http://master.bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/sync-existing-repositories/), I was given a 'permission denied (publickey)' message.
Is there anything else I need to do to secure permission to update my repo, or is my request still pending?
Thanks,
Taylor
Hi Nitesh:
On Monday I submitted my updated credentials (including my svn username) to the form here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdlTbNjsQJDp0BA480vo4tNufs0ziNyNmexegNZgNieIovbAA/viewform, but when I try to sync this morning I get another 'permission denied (publickey)' message.
Was there a problem linking my package to my public key?
Thanks,
Taylor
