Hello:

We want to push the latest release of our package, TSRchitect (https://github.com/BrendelGroup/TSRchitect) to Bioconductor.

On Wednesday I followed the instructions and added my github username and public key here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdlTbNjsQJDp0BA480vo4tNufs0ziNyNmexegNZgNieIovbAA/viewform, but when I tried to sync my repository (following the instructions found here: http://master.bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/sync-existing-repositories/), I was given a 'permission denied (publickey)' message.

Is there anything else I need to do to secure permission to update my repo, or is my request still pending?

Thanks,

Taylor

Hi,

You were supposed to submit your SVN ID, since you had an SVN account. Instead you submitted your github ID there as well.

Because of this, your package was not linked to your public key.

Do you still have your SVN ID/username from before? Please resubmit to the google form.

Best,

Nitesh

Hi Nitesh:

On Monday I submitted my updated credentials (including my svn username) to the form here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdlTbNjsQJDp0BA480vo4tNufs0ziNyNmexegNZgNieIovbAA/viewform, but when I try to sync this morning I get another 'permission denied (publickey)' message.

Was there a problem linking my package to my public key?

Thanks,

Taylor

Hi Nitesh;

Thank you for the reply. My package was accepted relatively close to the transition from svn to git, so I wasn't sure I had a svn ID. As it happens, I do, and I provided this information in the form a few moments ago.

Thanks again for your help,

Taylor
