Dear bioconductor users,

I am a new user of R language!!

I would like to ask you a question: I have raw mRNA, LncRNA and miRNA data from arraystar microarray (Mouse LncRNA Microarray Version 2.0) and I want to perform differential expression analysis between 2 conditions. Could you recommend me any tutorial or R packages to analyze my raw data (convert raw data to log2 transformed and differential expression analysis)?

I would be grateful of hearing your opinion!!

Thank you very much for your time in advance!!

Sincerely,

Nick

Dear Nick,

I have never used nor even heard of arraystar microarrays, but in general the limma package

provides all the functionality for importing, preprocessing and analyzing microarray data. It comes

with an extensive user's guide which may help you to get your data analyzed.

Good luck,

 - axel
