Hi, so I have obtained using the package diffBind a set of regions with significant differential signal between 2 conditions. In the diffbind report, there is a column called "Fold". I guess this is like log2FoldChange in DESeq2, but I think I'm failing in the interpretation. Can anyone confirm if this column is already in log2 scale? I have looked everywhere and I'm still not sure on the scale of this column.

The man page for dba.report() states they are in log form, I can confirm these are specifically log2(). The normalized read concentration values are also log2().
