The release of Bioconductor 3.10 will be on Wednesday October 30. Some key dates can be found on the website release schedule page

Over the next weeks we'll announce key dates on the on the support site and bioc-devel@r-project.org mailing list. Thanks in advance for cleaning up packages and getting those last minute fixes in.
