Hi,

i am using csSAMfit to deal with specific differential expression in each cell type using a matrix o deconvoluted cellular components.

As I am a little bit newbie using csSAMfit, two questions

1. Can deal with covariates?

2. Can I use it if i want to get the response using a continous variable, i.e age instead of typical binary case vs control?

csSAM is not a Bioconductor package and I know nothing about it. SAM itself can't handle anything other than a two group comparison, so I would guess that csSAM can't either.
