Hi all,

I have been trying to find DMRs from minfi normalized data using probe lasso() function of ChAMP package, but every time I am facing problem.

pdata <- pData(rgSetEx)
mSetS <- preprocessSWAN(rgSetEx)
betaS <- getBeta(mSetS)
lasso <- champ.lasso(beta.norm = betaS, pd = pdata)
"There is an error in this dataset"

Can someone please suggest if there is a way by which I can run lasso() on minfi data.
