Could you describe the objective behind this question ? There does not seem to be a specific package like FlowSorted.DLPFC.450k but for EPIC. However there are several DLPFC GEO methylation datasets available assessed with EPIC.

I am willing to estimate cell counts using a reference approach (for minfi function: estimateCellCounts() - Cell Proportion Estimation). There is a Bioconductor Package containing the reference data FlowSorted.DLPFC.450k. I am wondering if there is any specific reference package for EPIC or EPICv2 too?

I think you could use the 450k dataset because almost all probes of the 450k are on the EPIC, then the probes used for the deconvolution should work on your dataset.
