I have a set of sequences and now I want to test which of these sequences binds "best" to a specific other sequence. I have the DNA sequence but want to analyse the RNA interaction. Ok, so I am new in this field and now I am looking for a way to calculate free gibbson energy for RNA douplex formation. I would be more than happy if anyone could help me or suggest a certain package.
